Refunds, cancellation, and rescheduling

Scope

This policy applies to paid places in Infra Analytics classroom sessions, seminars, workshop days, private clinics, and private cohorts. The website itself does not process checkout; refunds relate to fees paid by invoice or arranged transfer for training.

Cooling-off and full refunds

If you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the first scheduled session of an open cohort or workshop, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable venue charge already incurred for your seat (if any). Private clinic cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment receive a full refund of the clinic fee.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before an open cohort start date receive a 50% refund of fees paid for undelivered sessions. After that window, fees for the cohort are generally non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable on your enrolment note once dates are locked within 7 days
• Printed materials already produced for a private cohort after you approve the pack
• Sessions already delivered in a multi-session intensive

Work already started

If an intensive has begun and you withdraw, we refund only the portion corresponding to whole sessions not yet delivered, less a 10% administration fee, provided you notify us before the next session. Homework review already completed is treated as delivered.

No-shows

Missing a workshop day or clinic without notice forfeits that session’s fee. For intensives, a single missed classroom session may be replaced by one arranged make-up where capacity allows; repeated no-shows are not refunded.

Rescheduling

Private clinics may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Open cohort dates are fixed; transferring to a later cohort depends on seat availability and may require a top-up if fees have changed.

Deposits

Open cohorts typically require a 30% deposit. Deposits are applied to the total fee. Deposit refundability follows the cancellation windows above.

Refund process and timing

Email info@infra-analytics.digital with your name, session title, payment date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add further days.

Purchased materials

Standard worksheets included in a fee are not separately refundable once issued. Extra printed packs ordered for a private cohort are refundable only if printing has not started.

Exceptions

We may provide a fuller refund if we cancel a session, if an instructor cannot attend and no suitable replacement is offered, or where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.
