Terms governing use of the Infra Analytics website and enrolment in technical analysis training.
Acceptance
By using infra-analytics.digital or enrolling in Infra Analytics sessions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.
Training services
Infra Analytics provides technical analysis training focused on market breadth interpretation. Descriptions on this site are informational. Enrolment is confirmed only when we accept your place in writing and any required deposit is received. Training does not constitute personal financial product advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell securities.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, reading guides, case packs, and website copy remain the property of Infra Analytics unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may keep materials issued to you for personal study. You may not copy, resell, or teach from those materials commercially without prior written consent.
Website content
We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is complete or current. Historical market examples used in articles and courses are for instruction; they are not forecasts.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Infra Analytics is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for a supplied training service is limited to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply, where such limitation is allowed.
Conduct
We may remove a participant who disrupts a cohort, harasses others, or records sessions without permission. Fees already applied to delivered sessions are handled under our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with preference for the courts of South Australia for disputes arising from training delivered from Dowling.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
